RazoRock Black Bay Shaving Soap 150ml. Ever since RazoRock stopped producing the Captain’s Choice Bay Rum shaving soap. The boys at RazoRock had been getting dozens of requests every month for a new bay rum soap. The problem is that they were not a fan of clove-y scents nor can could their skin tolerate a lot of cinnamon in a soap or aftershave.

For the last two years, the boys had been experimenting with different bay rums. Then in the spring of 2017 it finally hit them, why not produce a scent that is heavy is natural bay laurel extract and very light in spice. They tested a few variations and fell in love with this one. Natural bay laurel has a sweet scent with just a touch of spice in the backdrop. This is a bay leaf scent for guys that typically aren’t fans of American style bay rums. It’s one of those scents where the more you use it, the more you can’t go without it.

To make this soap even more special, they have added Vegetable Charcoal to the formula, which is great for detoxifying and re-energizing your skin. Don’t get scared with you open the jar, because this soap is a deep green color and probably something you’ve never seen before.

Directions:

• Wet your face with warm water.
• Load up your shaving brush with the desiered soap.
• Work up a rich lather in a shaving bowl or directly on your beard.
• Working in circular motions with the shaving brush helps to soften the beard, lift the hairs and cleans your pours.
• Shave with slow short strokes in the direction of hair growth, rinsing the razor often.
• Finish with a After Shave Lotion or Balm.

How it started…
The RazoRock story began on an Italian holiday in 2009. A family holiday became a treasure hunt for an ancient barber tool called an “alum stone.” My father in law, a retired Italian barber, enlisted me on this mission and I in turn enlisted my favourite uncle. In Lucca, Tuscany, my uncle found an old stash of alum blocks and little did we know this would change our lives forever. Our eyes were opened to a totally different way of shaving, traditional wet shaving! A few months later, a partnership between uncle and nephew was formed. An Italian holiday gave birth to a new passion.
Today, RazoRock has an entire line of wet shaving products. Including special recipe Italian shaving soaps, artisan made pre-shaves and aftershaves, shaving brushes, safety razors, and a lot more. RazoRock is a grassroots business and Joseph and Michael have their clients to thank for their growth.
