Saponificio Varesino Stella Alpina Shaving Soap 150g. A soap of the highest quality, with moisturizing and foaming properties. It creates a Protective Film and gives a Deep Miniaturization. Triple milled hard soap, to be used with a shaving brush.

The soap is worked in a extruding machine and then hand cutted. The logo on the soap is “hammered” as it was used to do at the beginning of the last century, before the advent of printing machines. A large soap (90 mm diameter), inside an aluminum tin enriched with metal label.

THE AROMA:

An alchemy of irresistible notes that dance, ignite, find each other and embrace each other. The citrus notes, the aromatic bouquet, Bergamot, Eucalyptus and Woods create an unusual accord. Amber and Labdanum notes give an unforgettable sillage.

A composition with:

• Stella Alpina extract (Leontopodium Alpinum)
• Hazelnut Oil (Corylus Avellana)
• Sucrose Cocoate: Blend of saccharose esters and ester fatty acids from coconut oil (gives the skin a soft and smooth effect)
• Myrtus Communis Leaf oil: Myrtle essential oil, toning and skin purifying
• Grape Seed Oil: grapeseed oil (protects the skin from aging, firming, stimulating the capillary microcirculation)
• Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter: Shea butter (emollient, moisturizing, regenerating the skin barrier)
• Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil: Sweet almond oil (moisturizing, elasticizing)
• Oryza Sativa (Rice) Starch: Rice starch (softening, soothing)

Usage Advice:

Saponificio Varesino’s formulations contain active ingredients that, in order to obtain the best perfomance, need to solubilize and/or melt. The maximum performance can be obtained in this way: cover the soap surface with a thin veil of hot water for few minutes. Soak a badger shaving brush, rinse it well and then pour the thin veil of water that bloomed the soap on the brush, and then start loading (20-30 seconds), face or bowl lather without adding water.

Directions:

• Wet your face with warm water.
• Load up your shaving brush with the desiered soap.
• Work up a rich lather in a shaving bowl or directly on your beard.
• Working in circular motions with the shaving brush helps to soften the beard, lift the hairs and cleans your pours.
• Shave with slow short strokes in the direction of hair growth, rinsing the razor often.
• Finish with a After Shave Lotion or Balm.
