The Goodfellas’ Smile The Deep Synthetic Shaving Brush. The synthetic fibre used for the tuft is the Techno polymer PBT manufactured by BASF with low moisture absorption and moderate resistance to impact and rubbing.

The tuft, composed of high-density synthetic fibre, has excellent mechanical rigidity and excellent resistance to chemical and thermal agents (up to 230 degrees centigrade).

Goodfellas’ smile has sourced the knot and mated it to a heavy resin handle with Goodfellas’ smile logo stamped on the handle.

When preparing the shaving brush for shaving, soak only the hair in hot water, the handle must be kept out of the water. By not soaking the whole brush in the water you prolong the life of the shaving brush.

All synthetic fibres are sensitive to UV rays which cause them to age. They are potentially eternal if properly stored.

It is recommended that you don’t use Pre shave oils with synthetic shaving brushes.
