Toscana Factory Lab Ambracadabra IB2 Shaving Soap 125gr. Made in Toscany Italy. Provides a rich soap to enable the razor to glide over the skin for a close smooth shave.

The production of this shaving soap involves the separate saponification of the oils / fats / butters according to their function, starting from the raw materials and therefore not using “semi-finished pellets”.

Two doughs are created:

• the first mixture is the one that contains the fats for the foam and therefore the supporting structure of the shaving soap
• the second is the one that has the task of giving our skin all the nourishing and soothing benefits of fats.

Once the two mixtures are obtained, they are mixed for two hours in a sort of mixer at a controlled temperature and at low rotation speeds, to avoid any mechanical stress to the soap.

All this procedure is done for respect the raw materials used to the maximum and obtain all the benefits on skin.

The new IB2 formula sees the inclusion of new ingredients in the inci such as donkey milk and xanthan gum.

Some properties of the fats used in this soap:

• Donkey’s Milk: Donkey’s milk, also commonly called “White Gold” in cosmetics, has countless properties for the skin and is rich in vitamins (A, B, D, E) as well as fatty acids such as omega 3 and 6.
• Shea Butter: the butter is of premium quality, i.e. raw/raw butter from organic farming, it is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin E which fights free radicals and facilitates the micro-blood circulation of the surface of the epidermis, and Vitamin A which prevents and fights wrinkles, but also eczema, dermatitis and helps heal skin marks.
• Coconut Oil: The oil in is obtained from organic farming, 100% pure and cold pressed. Its function is to soften the skin and help it stay hydrated, thus counteracting the loss of elasticity.
• Cocoa Butter: The butter in question is a butter that has anti-inflammatory properties, is rich in fatty acids and hydrates the skin.
• Lanolin: is a waxy substance with a protective action produced by the sheep’s coat, has a high healing and anti-irritation power. Repairs small cuts or abrasions caused by the razor.
• Rice Starch: It is often added to baby bath water to soothe irritation. Its main function is soothing and absorbent (it absorbs excess sebum, without being aggressive on the skin).
• Rice Proteins: rich in natural amino acids that have a hydrating and nourishing action (both on the skin and hair), soothing, calming and anti-reddening

Directions:

• Wet your face with warm water.
• Load up your shaving brush with the desiered soap.
• Work up a rich lather in a shaving bowl or directly on your beard.
• Working in circular motions with the shaving brush helps to soften the beard, lift the hairs and cleans your pours.
• Shave with slow short strokes in the direction of hair growth, rinsing the razor often.
• Finish with a After Shave Lotion or Balm.
