Browsing and comparing products on line is convenient, you can sit back relax and take as long as you need. Shopping on line is quick and easy. We will try to make your shopping experience with Kosmosman as good as possible.

We at Kosmosman understands that when purchasing goods from an e-commerce store via the internet that the goods my not be as expected due to not physically seeing the products. We try to describe the products to the best of our ability through description and photos. Returns / Cancellations

Returns are accepted provided that only:

  1. You contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, stating that you wish to return the product or goods with date and receipt number, either by e-mail: info@kosmosman.gr or phone on +30 2310 202 718
  2. The goods should be returned accompanied by the original sales receipt or document.
  3. The goods are in the same condition as received. Unopened, unsealed in the original packaging unopened with all components in tacked. All documentation accompanying the products in the condition in which they were packed, sent and received.
  4. If the product or goods are sold with a gift, then the gift should be returned with the products or goods.
  5. All goods must be sent to: Kosmosman, IOULIANOU 25, STREET. THESSALONIKI. 54634. THESSALONIKI, GREECE.
  1. The customer incurs all expenses to repack and resend the product or goods back to Kosmosman.
  2. Once we have received back and inspect the goods and deemed that the product or goods are in the original condition as first sent a refund will be issued back to the customer within 15 days minus original delivery/shipping expenses, if payed by Kosmosman.

Kosmosman reserves the right not to accept the goods, if deemed that the product or goods have been opened or used. The goods will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

To avoid any undue inconvenience, we advise that you carefully inspect the condition the packaging and goods in order to detect if there are any defects broken merchandise. If the product or goods are found to be defective Kosmosman will repair send back to the manufacture for a warranty claim of the product or goods, or replace the products or goods with another or of equal value product or in case of unavailability of other new relevant product of equal value. In this case the return of the product or goods will be made with the carrier which collaborates Kosmosman at the expense of Kosmosman.

If the defective products or goods are not returned within the stated 14 day period all expenses will be paid by the customer returning the goods
