We Can Arrange Shipping All Over Greece & Around The World.

Delivery within GREECE

  • Deliveries are made by either courier or Post Office, and is free for orders over 60 Euros.
  • For orders less than 60 euros, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
  • With Geniki Courier, for inaccessible and remote areas, the shipping cost is €5.00.
  • If you prefer shipment to be made by another carrier service and not Kosmosman, you can notify us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone +30 2310 202718.
  • Once Payment Has been Processed, all orders are normaly dispatch within 3 Working Days and Dependant on Product Availability.
  • For Orders within Thessaloniki, Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
  • In the Case we cannot execute your order for some unforeseen reason (i.e. weather or strikes) you will contacted immediately either via e-mail or by phone.
  • Products or goods that are out of stock require approximately 15 working days for delivery.
  • In cases where courier services are unavailable in your region, shipments will be via the Greek postal service (ELTA) and the delivery time is determined by the Post Office.
  • Orders and deliveries are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • International Shipping costs, are based depending on the destination country and weight.
  • The delivery time is approximately 8 working days.

All orders are processed and shipped once full payment is received. If a customer wishes to use their own courier service they can do so with the understanding they take full responsibility of the products or goods being delivered.
